Fall Kick-Off Sunday

On Sunday, September 8, all Bible Classes will resume at 9:00 AM. There will also be a potluck after the morning service. More details will be provided soon.

A new Women’s study begins on Wednesday 9:30-11:15 AM October 2 and runs through November 20. The study will cover “Knowing God by Name: A Personal Encounter” by Mary Kassian. Jennie Pickens will be leading the study. Childcare is provided. Sign-ups will begin on Sunday, September 8th.

GSCC Orientation Class

The Elders will be teaching an Orientation Class on Sunday, August 25th from 5-9PM. Anyone interested in becoming a member or just finding out more about the church, please sign up at the desk in the foyer

Commissioning Service

On Sunday, August 4, we will be having a commissioning service for Janel Gustafson who will be leaving for Spain for a teaching position with Association of Baptists for World Evangelism (ABWE). Please join us!

Garage Sale For Janel Gustafson

Saturday, July 20th, from 8AM – 3PM @ 709 E. Grover St, Lynden. Help Janel raise the remainder of her needed funds to teach in Spain for a year with ABWE. If you have questions please contact Janel.

Anniversary Picnic

Mark your calendars…Our annual Church Anniversary Picnic will be on Sunday, July 28th, after the morning worship service.

Women’s Beach Trek

This Saturday, July 13th enjoy a nice 3/4 mile trek to the beach at Point White Horn Marine Reserve. Spectacular view, beachcombing and good company. Pack a lunch. Bring your daughter, granddaughter, niece. FYI: No dogs allowed. Let Magali Byma know if you would like to drive. Meet at GSCC…
