Winter/Spring Bible Class: The Book of Zechariah – Pt. 2

Zechariah, a priest, was given a message of hope from God to encourage His people. Having returned to the land of promise from Babylonian exile, the rebuilding of the temple had stalled. He encouraged the people still under domination by gentile powers with the reality that the Lord remembers His covenant promises and would restore and bless them. Zechariah reminded the people of Messiah’s immediate and long-term plans for His people. His words were “gracious and comforting words” for the exiles of his day as well as the remnant of God’s chosen people in the future when He will reign on the earth.

Come study with us in our Sunday morning Bible Class, at 9AM, this prophecy of Jesus the Messiah and His coming glory. This book is filled with visions, prophecies, signs, angels, and the voice of God. It is also very practical, teaching us of repentance, salvation, holy living, God’s care of His people, His character, and His return. Join us as we continue our journey starting on February 3rd.
