What To Expect

Good Shepherd Bible Church is a Christ-centered, non-denominational congregation of 300+ people with Sunday morning services at 9 & 11 am. Worship at Good Shepherd is focused upon the stunning reality of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We gather together to glorify God in prayer, singing, preaching, and loving one another.

God’s Word leads the way in each of these aspects of our worship. Our preaching is typically an expositional, verse-by-verse unfolding of a book of the Bible (both Old and New Testaments) with a strong emphasis upon applying God’s Word to our everyday lives. We love to sing the best of the old and new, theologically-sound songs that cause God’s Word to ring out in our hearts in joy and in awe of God’s glory.

Wondering what to wear? Come comfortable and casual, be yourself. Our primary focus is that our hearts are prepared to engage the Lord in worship as we gather to glorify Him together. If you would rather keep your children with you during the service, that’s just fine. We like to encourage them to draw the sermon as they listen. For children 0 to 2 years old you are welcome to use our nursery at the beginning of the service. You will receive a buzzer so our children’s staff can reach you if there’s a problem.

When the singing is done and the sermon begins, Pastor Jeremy will dismiss the kids for Children’s Church. Our classes are divided into preschool (age 3-5) and children’s church (age 6-7). The kids will have a Bible lesson, color, and have a small snack (usually goldfish crackers, let us know if your child has any food allergies). We love to teach kids about Jesus!

The people of Good Shepherd are a warm and welcoming church family. We look forward to your visit. Come learn and grow with us as we embrace all of God’s Word and worship our Savior and King Jesus Christ!
